Have you ever been in an airplane in a huge thunderstorm? The air in the mortgage segment of the field services industry is very unstable with lots of updrafts and downdrafts. There is a lot of dark clouds and rain. The bank may pull all of their work from your current customer. That happens! Your customer may give all of your work to an inspector who will perform for a lower fee. That happens!
