LIAR … LIAR … Pants On Fire

Some of the insurance field service firms think it is OKAY to lie to insurance field service inspectors. One national insurance field services firm said that it was okay to take photos while standing on private property of the inside of a fenced rear yard without owner/occupant consent because the authorization was written into the insurance policy. The insurance field service inspector felt very uneasy. He asked to see where such authorization was written in the insurance policy. CRICKETS! … No response.

He then called the insurance underwriter and discovered that no such authorization was written into their insurance policies. There was no such authorization to take photos of rear yards while standing on private property. Trespass is criminal in most state and county jurisdictions. You could be arrested and go to jail.

The insurance field inspector has referred this matter to the state insurance commissioner for a reading on the matter. More later on this!

When a field service firm lies to you, it means that they have no respect for you. Stop working for the liars.
