Be sure you know the trespass and peeping laws in your state. Ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking the law. I had a vendor manager at a Mortgage Order Mill (MOM) tell me that it was OKAY to peep into windows to obtain the occupancy status of a home. She said that it’s OKAY to peep into the windows of homes. I asked her if she had any legal training and what she did before she started work for the Mortgage Order Mill. She said that she was a hair dresser for seven years. I assume that she received some of her legal training while cutting the hair of a few attorneys.
